We will always try our best to ship within 24 hrs of receiving your order. If there is a delay of any kind we will let you know straight away. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a notification by email.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipping provided the items are in a new condition and have labels still attached. Please try the sleep shorts on with the hygienic sticker still attached and only remove it once you are happy with your purchase.  Please let us know by email as soon as you know you intend to return or exchange the item. We cannot cover your return postage costs but will re-ship and exchange items for free.
